The enthusiastic response received from banks using the Insite Mobile Banking App has pushed Automated Systems, Inc. to accelerate its plans to release phone and tablet apps targeting Windows devices. The Insite Tablet App is specifically designed to utilize larger display sizes, and supports both the Apple iPad and Android tablets. A recent Juniper report predicts that mobile banking users will exceed one billion by 2017 with 19 percent of mobile banking customers using tablets to make their financial decisions, nearly double from 2012.
